Are you ready to take your sales career to the next level? Our Knoxville branch is looking for a driven, customer-focused Outside Sales Representative to cover the North/West territory. This role offers the opportunity to represent industry-leading compact construction equipment while building strong relationships with customers and helping them succeed.

💼 What You’ll Do:
Drive territory growth and revenue through in-person visits and phone outreach.
Plan and execute business strategies to exceed rental and sales quotas.
Promote equipment sales, rentals, and the value of our Parts & Service operations.
Complete sales orders, rental contracts, and related documentation.
Document customer interactions and set weekly, monthly, and annual goals.
✅ What We’re Looking For:
3–5 years of sales experience in equipment or a related field (preferred).
Knowledge of construction equipment a plus.
Strong communication, negotiation, and time management skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating with Parts, Service, Sales, and Rental teams.
A proven track record of success in a competitive sales environment.
Willingness to travel within the territory and occasionally stay overnight.
BA/BS degree in business, sales, marketing, or related field (preferred, not required).
💪 Physical Requirements:
Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 lbs.
Willingness to work in various outdoor and customer site environments.
