Job Description: UAX is seeking a Fleet Lease Outside Coordinator to join our growing team. The Outside Coordinator is responsible for managing the intake, inspection, coordination, and movement of fleet/lease vehicles for auction preparation. This position works closely with inside sales, fleet/lease, lot and shop staff to ensure that incoming vehicles meet condition standards and are processed in a timely and efficient manner for sale. The role requires strong attention to detail, a solid understanding of vehicle logistics, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, outdoor auction environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist Fleet/Lease with preparing vehicles for auction sale.Maintain accurate records of vehicle locations and condition reports, and verify vehicle information is accurate, not to exclude mileage, keys, etc.Schedule and monitor services (e.g., reconditioning, body work, mechanical repairs, detailing) as needed.Track vehicle inventory across auction lot or staging areas and ensure timely processing for upcoming sales.Monitor vehicle readiness and prioritize work needed to meet auction deadlines.Maintain high standards for vehicle presentation and compliance with auction and client requirements.Support auction day logistics including vehicle line-up, lot coordination, and customer service when needed. Follow safety procedures and ensure compliance with federal, state, and company regulations.
