Swine Barn Maintenance Herrondale Sow Farm Barn Henry, TN Swine Barn Maintenances primary responsibility is to perform ongoing maintenance and complete repairs on equipment to keep the swine process running smoothly. Duties include a variety of building and land maintenance tasks involving building repair and manure management. In this role you should expect to Perform general and preventative maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment inside and outside the farm Pump manure from pits Maintain grounds outside facility this includes trash removal, operating tractor to cut grass/fields, removal of snow/ice on roads in winter, adding gravel due to wash out o Mowing o Weed cutting o Bushhogging Complete all maintenance tasks related to electrical, carpentry, welding, heating, ventilation, plumbing, and other miscellaneous duties as assigned Troubleshoot and diagnose problems, repair and/or replace parts Control pests on property and in buildings (rodents, insects) Maintain compost pile Champion Safety Culture Follow and adhere to all company policies and procedures Other duties as assigned
