Position: Dining Services Evening Supervisor
Job Type: Full Time

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain adherence to all safety and sanitation guidelines.
  • Oversee nightly dining operations of Back of House/ Front of House
  • Check compliance of stocked items in Nourishment Centers.
  • Checking out Partners to make sure side/closing duties are completed.
  • Assist with Onboarding and Training of new Partners.
  • Assist with building and maintaining vendor relationships.
  • Maintain a high-quality food standard.
  • Help to identify ways that we can reduce waste and decrease costs.
  • Be able to assist with service in the event of a call out.
  • Manage schedule for the servers in the front of the house during mealtimes.
  • Communicate with FNS Director and/or Kitchen Manager issues / concerns with partners, customers, service / operation, equipment, etc. that may occur while working.
  • Conduct Touch-Points with Customers during meal service in Mag and AL Dining Rooms
  • Assists with basic food preparation as needed / directed by supervisor.
  • Assembles meal trays on tray line and checks trays for accuracy of diets, preferences, and quality as needed / directed by supervisor. Delivers carts to floors as needed.
  • Attends and participates with in-service education and other necessary training.
  • Adheres to dress code for the department.
  • Performs other tasks as necessary and appropriate as directed by supervisor.


Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Previous supervisory experience.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast placed environment as a team.
  • Ability to remain on your feet for long periods of time.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.

Dining Services Supervisor Position Highlights:
