Southern Hobby Distribution is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Web Sales Administrator to support our operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate order processing, secure payment handling, and outstanding customer service for our retail partners and customers. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates effectively, and brings a positive, team-oriented attitude to every interaction. Key Responsibilities: Process and manage online orders with accuracy and efficiencyHandle credit card transactions and ensure secure payment processingProvide excellent customer service via phone, email, and online channelsRespond promptly to customer inquiries, order issues, and requestsMaintain organized and up-to-date records of transactions and customer interactionsCollaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillmentMonitor order volume and prioritize tasks in a high-paced environment Qualifications: Excellent phone presence and strong verbal/written communication skillsHighly organized with strong attention to detailAbility to multitask and perform well under pressurePositive demeanor and customer-first mindsetExperience with online order entry and payment processing preferredProficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based systems Work Environment: On-site training requiredOpportunity for remote or hybrid work schedule upon successful completion of training #LI-Hybrid
