We are seeking a passionate and experienced Digital Supply Chain professional to lead the North America Logistics Digital Transformation enabling advanced intelligent technologies to automate and digitize Logistics Processes.
The successful candidate will possess expert level digital capabilities to delivery industry 4.0 technologies, have leadership experience and proven project deployment success. Strong communication and collaboration skills are required to effectively lead a cross-functional technology team. Extensive ERP and systems experience is also required.
Global project methodology, standard processes and tools will be used to deploy the solutions. In addition to leading the program the leader will prepare the organization and develop the future ready digital community with the required digital competencies.
The role will be based in the Franklin TN GSC NAM regional hub with frequent travel to US based Distribution Centers.
Mission: Align with Schneider Electric's IMPACT and digital strategy to define an executable regional program for NAM Logistics that is synchronized with the DC Automation, S4 and Manhattan Active Transformations.
Use e2e Processes and value stream maps to identify process to automate and digitize.
Create a value proposition with BCI/ROI and establish a regional program.
Identify use cases, lead proof of concepts and create SMART Cybersecure Autonomous prototypes leveraging AI, Analytics, BI, Cognitive Technologies, IIOT, Machine Learning, Wearables, RFID and RPA.
Requirements and Responsibilities: Collaborate with global and regional digital teams to develop and execute the regional Logistics digital transformation strategy.
Execute the complete project lifecycle following GSC project methodologies and tools including iProject.
Complete resource planning and risk mitigation and apply adoption of change principles. Assess the impact of changes, identify potential risks and develop training programs to support the transition.
Prepare project governance, communication and lead project gate reviews with sponsors and stakeholders.

- GCS Digital Programs including Last Mile and Lean Office
- Evolution of the Logistics Control Towers using the Aveva platform
- Implement DC Digital Twins exploring Augmented reality Extended XR and VR
- Introduction of AI into Control Towers
- Automate Logistics System Monitoring
Plan and support recruitment of future digital talents and upskill the current team's digital acumen to create a network of Logistics CoMET Digital Experts.
Establish and animate regional program Governance and Communications with internal stakeholders including the definition of business requirements.
Qualifications and Experience: - 10+ years of experience of Digital Supply Chain related experience.
- Advanced technical knowledge and certifications including AI, BI, Cloud, ERP, IIOT, RPA...
- Deep ERP understanding of supporting master data, configuration and ERP integration.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Experience leading teams, collaborating with stakeholders and effectively communicating technical information.
- Project management experience and capabilities including planning, risk management, change management and stakeholder management.
- Excellent organizational, time-management, prioritization and analytic skills to effectively managing project timelines, budgets, resources, and risk assessment.
- Strong understanding of distribution and warehousing processes.
- Problem solving and use of structured issues action and risk management tools.
- Effective working on cross-functional and cross-cultural teams in a time sensitive environment.
- Advanced user of Microsoft Office including MS Project, Excel, Powerpoint and Visio.
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Computer Science or Information Technology.
- Project Management Certified - PMP.
