This role is an electrical product leadership position, owning the technical, structural and digital definition of Medium Voltage (MV) electrical distribution offers.
The Manager acts as the
technical reference connecting Electrical Engineering, Product Management, Manufacturing, Digital tools and Data to deliver scalable, customer-ready and industrialized Medium Voltage solutions.
- This is not pure data or IT role. It requires a solid background in electrical distribution engineering, combined with strong cross-functional leadership and ownership of product definition across the full lifecycle.
You define / update the structuration and the required digital footprint of the offer for our customers (end-users, specifiers, contractors, panel builders) all along their journey (from selection, to design, to building and commissioning, to operation and maintenance) with consistent experience. You own all the datasets associated to one or several Medium Voltage product families.
You are accountable for the accuracy, relevance and
quality of the data for product families you own enabling business growth:
- offer configuration rules available for licensed partners, front-office and plants in SE software platforms (internal and external),
- offer visibility and data availability in the Web.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Define and/or update with Product Marketing the required digital footprint (tools and dataset) for each execution model and go to market,
- Coordinate creation, update and withdrawal of all data for product family you own executing the line of business roadmap in strong linkage with Product marketing and Technical team
- Create and maintain global offer structuration and configuration rules (Decision Trees or Choice Grids). Ensure the dataset will allow friendly configuration experience to various users, as well as easy-to-update and easy-to-localize data set, leveraging data science whenever possible.
- Create and maintain global offer data that will be consistent whatever the customers-facing or internal tools, manage offer lifecycle, ensure attachment of full digital assets (catalogues, user manual, CAD files, BIM models, etc. )..
- Verify offer implementation in customer-facing tools and internal tools, monitor quality, adoption and impact on customer experience (Customers, Sales.) and implement corrective actions if needed
- Contribute actively to improvement of product management processes and tools enabling better quality, efficiency and business growth
- Contribute to early adoption of disruptive offers leveraging offer data to enable growth of Connected Products.
- Leverage offer data to enable cross-selling and up-selling (offer and services relationship).
- Leadership & Ownership: own the end-to-end definition of MV offers, from technical structuration to digital availability. Act as the reference authority for MV offer configuration and engineering rules. Lead cross-functional alignment across Engineering, Marketing, Manufacturing and Digital teams.
Qualifications- Electrical Engineering experience: background in electrical distribution systems and applications. Experience owning or leading electrical product portfolios
- Ability to structure, simplify and standardize complex electrical offers
- Analytical, Rigorous, & Customer centric
- Proven leadership in cross-functional environments
- Strong ownership mindset and accountability
- Clear communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Comfortable operating at the intersection of engineering, product and digital
- Understanding of Industrialization and Supply chain processes and tools
- Understanding of business through partners; knowledge of the specifier, contractor, panel builder
TRAVEL- Travel Percentage: 15% - Requires at least one trip a year to France HUB & possible trips once a quarter
