For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $160, 800 - $241, 200 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. The successful candidate will conduct in-depth research and analysis on business data to provide actionable insights into investment opportunities, focusing on both short-term and long-term growth. - Leverage Resource Benchmarking: Partner with the Commercial Resource Planner and Human Resources to incorporate resource benchmarking into investment theses.
- Enhance Analytical Methods: Continuously refine analytical methods and reporting cycles to ensure alignment with established KPIs (including ROI) and performance metrics.
- Conduct Off-Cycle Analysis: Perform off-cycle analyses based on existing reporting systems to provide timely insights for strategic adjustments, maximizing investment impact in dynamic business conditions.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Strong understanding of financial principles, P& L drivers, and the interrelationship between top-line and bottom-line performance.
- Proven experience in strategy consulting with an emphasis on financial analysis. Investment governance experience preferred.
- Data modeling using excel and / or other business intelligence tools
- Ability to travel up to 25%
