Schneider Electric has an opening for a ETO Cluster Performance leader in the Nashville area. As an ETO Cluster Performance leader, you will play a crucial role in identifying opportunities, promoting digital solutions, and ensuring effective implementation and usage of Smart/Digital tools. What will you do in this role?
• Utilize extensive knowledge of Lean Digitization System, Digitized Idea and SIM System, ERP, and Computerized Maintenance Management System to support and challenge their usage in driving performance improvements.
• Identify and support the implementation of Smart and Digital solutions within the perimeter, ensuring effective usage and monitoring.
• Propose, promote, and support new Digital solutions to enhance overall performance.
• Ensure entities are effectively managing data to leverage it for informed decision-making.
• Lead and coach lean diagnosis, DMAIC, Kaizen events, and Lean Office diagnosis to optimize physical and information flows across the end-to-end supply chain.
• Participate in the decision-making process for all investments, contributing to shared improvement roadmaps and supporting entities in achieving targets.
• Act as a cross-functional facilitator, leading specific events and deploying the Schneider Performance System (SPS) across the designated scope.
• Travel expectations initially 70%-75%.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or similar discipline is required, Master's degree is a plus.
• 7+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Extensive experience with lean manufacturing processes, certified Lean Expert, experience leading Manufacturing Production Systems (Schneider Production Systems, Toyota Production Systems, etc).
• Proven experience in driving continuous improvement and sustainability within a supply chain setting.
• Possess excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and influence and convince skills.
• Demonstrated expertise in process design, ergonomics, capacity, simulation tools, investment, cost analysis, and performance.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and facilitation skills, with the ability to support entities in achieving performance targets.

For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $200, 320 - $300, 480 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.

The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
