Schneider Electric is looking to hire a Enterprise Account Organization - Sales Training & Onboarding Experience Intern in our Nashville, TN location for Summer 2026!

Overview:

The EAO Sales Training & Onboarding Intern will help strengthen how new hires learn, grow, and onboard into the sales organization. This role blends instructional design, program coordination, and potential AI-driven innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate current sales training materials, pathways, and onboarding processes
  • Identify content gaps, redundancies, and opportunities for improvement
  • Assist in redesigning the onboarding journey to enhance clarity, engagement, and effectiveness
  • Explore AI or automation tools that could personalize learning or improve delivery
  • Collaborate with sales leaders and new hires to gather feedback
  • Help manage and track onboarding progress for new team members
