Description:

The Director of Offer Management acts like an owner and helps executes on the sales growth and profiability ambitions of our Medium Voltage product line. The Director will lead activities and initiatives that require cross functional support such as product introductions, product quality issues and market feedback. Additionally the Director will develop and foster relationships with our sales and supply chain organizations.

What will you do?
  • Proactively manage our Collaboration Sales Forecast process by gathering inputs from market indicators, inputs from other businesses and feedback from Sales, distributors, and customers.
  • Manage the portfolio of Offer Creation projects. Deploy portfolio and project management processes, methodologies, and tools.
  • Lead a growing team of Product Managers and Marketing Professionals
  • In this role, you will responsible for taking Medium Voltage products from idea, to inception. There will be a highten emphsis on driving engagement across sales teams to leverage our MV offering.
What skills and capabilities will make you successful?
  • Familiarity with Offer Creation Process and/or Offer lifecycle management (OLM) for technical products
  • Familiarity and understanding of new concept or new product introduction
