Description:

Role Overview:

We are seeking a manager - Install Base Service Engineer (3Ph UPS) to lead service operations and support customers through expert maintenance, repair, and installation of UPS systems. This role demands strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform and oversee on-site UPS maintenance, repairs, installations, and commissioning.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues using specialized tools and methodologies.
  • Conduct routine inspections to ensure optimal equipment performance.
  • Provide technical support and training to customers and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet customer expectations and support business opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate service documentation including reports and logs.
  • Prepare scope of work based on site audits and propose effective solutions.
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols when working with electrical systems.
  • Provide 24/7 service support as required.
  • Lead and mentor a team of at least 5 service engineers.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in UPS systems and electrical infrastructure.
  • Proven experience in team handling and project execution.
  • Strong knowledge of UPS systems and power distribution.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
