The North America Data Office Team's mission is to build a robust operating and data governance model for NAM Operations to accelerate data usage and drive business decisions while ensuring the data is secured, available, easy to use, accurate and compliant across its value chain.

This role will support the North America Data Office team and will collaborate closely with business and data teams to drive the following responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with Data Office leadership to meet key deliverables
  • Conduct data analysis using BI tools such as Tableau, Data Bricks, and sequel to provide data insights.
  • Conduct data quality assessments, and define analytics and KPI requirements
  • Collaborate with data office and business stakeholders to validate findings
  • Develop business process & data flows aligned with business rules and data governance
  • Develop data governance rules and work instructions based on data office and business feedback
  • Conduct process & data gap analysis and drive action plans to improve
  • Build data team playbooks, documentation, and presentations
Primary Skills/Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years of data analytics, BI, or governance education or experience
  • Solid understanding of data principles, tools, and capabilities.
  • Understanding and application of Agile/Scrum methodology
  • Cross functional / transversal leadership skills to drive collaboration and decision making across teams.
  • Quality control mind set and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Working towards a Bachelor's degree in Data or Computer Science,
  • Experience in data management (data architecture, flows, migration, governance)
