About the Role: The position leads the CS& Q function within the Modular Data Center business to drive Customer centricity and enhance Quality culture. This role will develop and implement a strategy to ensure all products meet the highest standards of Quality, reliability, and compliance with industry regulations. In addition, lead and oversee all Quality assurance and control processes, and collaborate across departments to implement and maintain a robust Quality management system, while driving continuous improvement and Customer satisfaction.
- Create a Quality first culture and define a strategy in the business that puts Customers at the center through cross functional, proactive, and consistent engagement
- Define holistic Design reliability/verification/validation strategies with an emphasis on technical analysis of requirements including reliability, specifications, and control strategy
- Drive the relevant Quality programs and methods (Design for reliability, APQP, 8D, etc) to ensure design robustness, manufacturing Quality, and continuous improvement
- Work with Plant Quality Managers & Supplier Quality team to establish process capability/reduce defects
- Ensure end to end Customer satisfaction & Quality from the point of offer creation till end of product life
- Represent and escalate the voice of the Customer and drive the Customer centricity within the business
- Provide leadership & training to the Quality team, assessing competencies and fostering a culture of continuous improvement
- Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive Quality Management System in compliance with ISO standards and other regulatory requirements
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators to measure and improve product Quality and process efficiency
What qualifications would make you successful?- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
- Strong working knowledge and experience with Quality tools. Excellent problem solving, analytical, influencing and communication skills.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Quality management, preferably within the Modular Data Center or electronics industry. Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a high performing team.
- English required, additional other languages a plus
- Estimated 30% travel, depending on business needs

The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
