Schneider Electric USA, Inc. seeks an Automation Leader NAM in Franklin, TN.

Job Description: Lead the development of a comprehensive automation roadmap and strategy for the North American logistics organization, aligning with Schneider Electric's overall business objectives. Conduct in-depth analysis to identify opportunities for automation across warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping. Select and implement best-in class automation technologies (e.g., robotics, conveyors, sortation systems) to optimize warehouse performance and throughput. Coordinate the entire automation project lifecycle, including vendor management, IT software integration, solution commissioning, and transition management. Develop and execute a seamless transition plan for automation integration, ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing operations and no impact on customer service levels. Effectively oversee project schedules, resources, and costs to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Collaborate closely with internal IT teams to integrate automation solutions with SAP WMS and WCS. Continuously drive process optimization across all warehouse functions, leveraging automation to enhance productivity and overall efficiency. Champion innovative solutions around digitization and sustainability to future-proof warehouse operations and support environmental responsibility. 60% travel required (10% international, 50% domestic) throughout the US and Mexico for implementation of automation equipment.

Requirements: Position requires a Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Business Administration, Global Supply Chain, or a related field, and 7 years of progressive, post-bachelor's experience in warehouse operations leadership, or related occupation, which must include at least some experience in the following skills: Managing Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) in a fast-paced distribution environment, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping activities; Evaluating, selecting, and implementing automation technologies (robotics, conveyors, sortation systems) to improve warehouse efficiency and throughput; Using data analysis to identify opportunities for automation and measure the impact of automation initiatives; Leading and managing automation projects from concept to completion, on time and within budget, including defining project scope, developing timelines, managing resources, and mitigating risks; and Leading complex transformation projects within a warehousing and distribution center environment.
