Schneider Electric USA, Inc is hiring a Project Execution Manager, Power Systems in Nashville, TN. This is a full-time position.
Schneider Electric is seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Execution Manager (PEM) to lead our growing water / wastewater Power Systems project execution team . This is a hybrid role that can be based out of one of Schneider Electric's HUBs or Centers of Excellence, including Andover, MA; Boston, MA; Foxboro ugh, MA; Nashville, TN; Dallas, TX; or Raleigh, NC.
As a PEM you will be responsible for ensuring the success of a diverse P ortfolio of Water and Wastewater projects across the United States. You will foster a one-team collaborative execution approach with Project Managers, Sales Leaders, Project Sponsors, Functional Managers, and Project Teams . You will lead cross- business unit and cross-functional teams, with direct or indirect management responsibilities. This role demands an individual who embodies the values of accountability, trust, communication, and innovation. The PEM must be an excellent communicator at all levels, proactive, and exhibit strong team leadership qualities. The ideal candidate will be adaptable and thrive in a dynamic, geographically dispersed project environment, bringing strategic insight and operational excellence to our most complex customer-facing projects.

For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD 168, 800 - USD 253, 200 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. Qualifications
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field. Advanced engineering degree or MBA preferred.
- 1 0 + years of demonstrated success in Program/Project Management within Large and Complex Projects, spanning multiple years, and managing complex contracts.
- 4+ years of direct line management experience .
Certifications and Skills
- Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required (or able to obtain within 3 months of hire) .
- Fluent with Microsoft Office programs, including Teams, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Proficient with planning and scheduling software such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and/or Smartsheet .
- Thorough understanding of project and program P& L financials.
