Role Purpose

The Head of GTM Marketing, Power Distribution will lead the Residential segment's channel-first go-to-market strategy and execution, driving adoption, sell-through, and growth of Schneider Electric solutions in the home.

This role is accountable for activating the full residential channel ecosystem, including electrical contractors, distributors, HVAC technicians, and installer networks, by translating business priorities into high-impact, partner-centric marketing programs.

Success in this role requires deep expertise in contractor-driven buying journeys, channel influence models, and demand generation strategies that move beyond awareness to specification, recommendation, and installation. This individual has designed and led channel demand generation programs and understands how to equip partners with the right messaging, tools, and programs to drive meaningful engagement. In this role, the Senior Marketing Manager is responsible for channel marketing, partner enablement, retention, and influence programs that increase partner adoption, loyalty, advocacy, and residential market growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define channel ‑ centric go ‑ to ‑ market (GTM) marketing strategy, positioning, and launch plans with the Commercial teams for the U.S. Residential market, activate "sell-through" strategies -ensuring solutions are not just marketed, but specified and installed .
  • Serve as a senior marketing partner to Business, Segment, Channel, and Commercial leaders
  • Develop and articulate market and partner insights, channel value propositions, messaging, and commercialization plans aligned to Residential routes to market
  • Create and own the Residential channel marketing strategy in support of the annual growth plan; refresh quarterly based on partner feedback, market dynamics, and investment priorities
  • Orchestrate cross ‑ functional execution across Product, Sales, Segment Marketing, Channel, and MarCom to ensure integrated and partner ‑ ready delivery
  • Partner with Channel and Segment teams, leveraging local market intelligence, to design programs that drive partner enablement, sell ‑ through, retention, and loyalty
  • Lead multi ‑ market execution without direct people management, influencing through expertise, insights, and alignment
  • Own and manage the marketing promotional budget, aligning investments to priorities and ROI
  • Define, monitor, and manage KPIs to track adoption, demand, pipeline contribution, and growth

Success Profile
  • 8-12+ years in channel marketing, partner marketing, or GTM roles
  • Proven success marketing through contractor-driven ecosystems (HVAC, electrical, home services, or adjacent industries)
  • Demonstrated ability to drive demand generation through indirect channels
  • Minimum 10 years B2B product vertical marketing, sales, and/or strategy experience with proven strength in strategic marketing and GTM leadership
  • Utilize s marketing AI tools and insights to optimize GTM, demand generation, and performance outcomes.
  • Strong executive communication and stakeholder influence
  • Commercial and financial acumen; growth ‑ oriented mindset
  • Ability to lead cross ‑ BU initiatives without authority
  • Demonstrated discipline in launch execution, demand generation, and performance measurement
  • High degree of initiative and pro-active management
  • Experience leading through influence a high-performance marketing team
  • Open to change and must embrace the concept of continuous improvement
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments.
