Schneider Electric is seeking an experienced SAP Central Finance (CFIN) & S/4HANA Finance Consultant with 8-10 years of SAP experience, including a minimum of 4 years in CFIN implementation or support. In this functional role, you will deliver end‑to‑end SAP Finance solutions across ECC and S/4HANA landscapes, leveraging deep expertise in FICO (New GL, COPA, Product Costing, Asset Accounting) while collaborating closely with technical and business teams to support full lifecycle and support projects.Key Responsibilities- Lead and support SAP S/4HANA Finance and Central Finance (CFIN) implementation or conversion projects (versions 1610/1709/1809 and above).
- Execute full-cycle and support engagements including initial load, balance load, real-time replication, AIF monitoring, mapping, and reconciliations between source (ECC/S4) and target (CFIN) systems.
- Collaborate with business users to gather requirements, conduct workshops, prepare functional specs, and drive solution design.
- Manage data migration activities from SAP ECC master data & transactional data into SAP CFIN.
- Assess, troubleshoot, and resolve IDocs processing issues (DEBMAS, CREMAS, Projects, etc.).
- Work on Central Finance delta changes including BP transformation, BP roles & grouping, logistics/SD/PP integration, table changes, and process simplification in S/4HANA.
- Support month‑end and year‑end activities across FICO modules including New GL, AP, AR, AA, COPA, Product Costing, and Controlling processes.
- Assist in enhancement and upgrade of custom programs (ABAP understanding is preferred).
- Leverage SLT for replication configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Work with Fiori applications for finance, including navigation, configuration knowledge, and user training.
- Collaborate with global teams, handle stakeholder communication, and support cutover activities for CFIN projects.
Mandatory Skills- 10+ years of SAP Finance experience, including SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA.
- Minimum 4+ years of Central Finance (CFIN) implementation or support experience.
- Strong functional expertise in SAP FICO including:
- New GL, AP, AR, AA
- COPA (especially Account-Based COPA)
- Product Costing
- Controlling (Overhead, Allocations, Settlements, MTS/MTO processes)
- Expertise in SAP CFIN processes: initial load, balance load, real-time replication, AIF error handling, reconciliation, cutover, and mappings.
- Hands-on experience with SAP SLT for data replication.
- Experience with S/4HANA Finance simplifications, BP conversion, and process changes in O2C, P2P, and inventory.
- Strong understanding of IDoc processing (DEBMAS, CREMAS, etc.).
- Good working knowledge of ABAP debugging for issue analysis (good to have).
Required Qualifications- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
- SAP S/4HANA Finance or CFIN Certification preferred.
- At least 1 full lifecycle implementation and 1 support project in S/4HANA (preferably Central Finance).
- Experience working in complex, multi-national, cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage deadlines, and adapt quickly in dynamic environments.
- Strong presentation, stakeholder management, and client-facing skills.
- Flexibility to work with virtual teams across time zones.
