Nurse Unit Manager / RN $5, 000 Bonus Full-Time | $2, 500 Bonus Part-Time

We are looking for a Nurse Unit Manager that will supervises CNA and staff nurses on the unit, as well as oversee all patient care. Schedule & Pay - M-F business hours, plus on call when needed
- Up to $45 /hour (based on experience)
- Full time, Part Time, and PRN positions available

Requirements: - Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Current Tennessee Licensed Nurse
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience with geriatric patients'
- Exhibits leadership skills
Responsibilities: - Working with the interdisciplinary care team, to assure accurate patient assessment and development/revision of individualized plans of care.
- Maintains open and ongoing communication with patients and families, providing opportunity and encouragement to participate in decision making.
- Assuring that appropriate nursing care is provided
- Assisting with medications and treatments
- Supervise and coaching of nurses and other nursing partners
- Participating in various meetings daily and monthly
- On Call when needed
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing
