NHC Place at the Trace | 40 hrs/week | January 2026 (16 weeks)

NHC Place at the Trace is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to cover a medical leave starting mid-January 2026 for approximately 16 weeks. This role offers a 40-hour workweek, flexible scheduling, excellent pay rates, and the chance to join a supportive in-house therapy team that prioritizes quality care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited PT program (BS, MS, or DPT)
• Current Tennessee PT license
• Team-oriented, reliable, and flexible
• SNF experience preferred
