We are seeking a qualified HomeCare Administrator to lead the daily operations of our home health agency. This role is responsible for overseeing clinical and administrative functions, ensuring high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance, and strong team performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day agency operations, including clinical and administrative functions
- Ensure delivery of high-quality patient care and services
- Lead, support, and develop office and clinical leadership teams
- Manage hiring, onboarding, training, and performance of staff
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company policies
- Monitor key performance indicators and drive improvements to meet goals
- Develop and manage agency budget and resources effectively
- Maintain strong relationships with staff, leadership, referral sources, and the community
- Lead quality improvement initiatives (QAPI) and ensure accurate reporting
- Serve as the agency representative in the community
- Oversee emergency preparedness planning and response
- Licensed Registered Nurse or Physician
- At least 1 year of supervisory or administrative experience in home health or a related healthcare setting
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards
- Ability to manage teams and drive performance
- Current professional license (if applicable)
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background screening
- A strong leader who can motivate and develop teams
