Position Overview

The CNA Instructor / Staff Development - RN or LPN helps students build the knowledge, confidence, and clinical skills needed to pass the state certification exam and provide safe, compassionate, high-quality care to our patients and residents.

Qualifications

• Current Tennessee RN or LPN nursing license required.
• Clinical experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or a related setting.
• Thorough knowledge of resident care standards and clinical best practices.
• Teaching or education experience is preferred but not required.
• A passion for developing future caregivers and serving the geriatric population.

CNA Instructor Position Highlights

• Provide classroom instruction and hands-on clinical training for CNA students.
• Prepare students for the Tennessee state certification exam.
• Teach safe, compassionate, and person-centered care practices.
• Evaluate student progress and provide coaching, feedback, and encouragement.
