• Morning Shift: 5: 30 a.m. - 1: 30 p.m.
• Evening Shift: 12: 30 p.m. - 8: 30 p.m.

NHC HealthCare Lewisburg is seeking dependable and caring Food Service Techs to join our dietary team! We currently have two full-time opportunities available, with morning and evening shifts.

This role supports quality meal service for patients and residents while helping maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming dining environment.
Position Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing and serving meals according to established menus, recipes, and dietary instructions.
• Prepare meal trays and help ensure meals are delivered accurately and on time.
• Assist with dining room setup, meal service, and cleanup.
• Wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and food service equipment.
• Maintain clean and sanitary kitchen, dining, storage, and food preparation areas.
• Properly store food and supplies and follow safe food handling practices.
• Follow sanitation, infection control, safety, and NHC procedures.
• Provide courteous service to patients, residents, families, visitors, and fellow partners.
• Assist the dietary team with additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Dependable and able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Previous food service or healthcare experience is preferred but not required.
