Regional Director of Sales & Marketing - Assisted and Independent Living

NHC is seeking highly motivated sales leader to positively impact occupancy. This newly created role partners closely with the Assistant and Independent Living Executive Directors and community Sales and Marketing staff to ensure consistent, high-impact outreach and exceptional customer experience. Territory consists of communities in Tennessee, Missouri, North Carolina, South Carolina and Alabama.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Care, or Administration (Experience can be substituted for education), required
  • Must have at least three years senior living experience, understanding of senior living needs and trends in healthcare settings
  • 2 years or more sales management experience (Area, District, or Regional) preferred

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, and implement sales and marketing plans to achieve occupancy goals
  • Support community sales teams to improve lead conversion and closing ratios
  • Field Ride Along with Sales Team
  • Collaborate with community leadership to develop and support effective sales and marketing strategies
  • Oversee and monitor compliance with implementation and maintenance of Customer Relationship Management system
  • Demonstrates consistency in achieving occupancy goals by monitoring and assessing the progress and development of territory. Prompt attention and action to any gap in performance to budgeted expectations and barriers related to these gaps
