Homecare Support and Data Specialist to join our corporate support team.
This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to meaningful work while supporting our dedicated teams across multiple homecare agencies.
About the RoleThe Homecare Support and Data Specialist provides critical administrative and operational support to our homecare agencies and regional leadership. You will play a key role in ensuring compliance, facilitating internal communication, and managing logistics that keep our teams running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities: - Manage agency licensure renewals and personnel updates with state and federal agencies
- Coordinate travel arrangements for regional team members and approved partners
- Organize meetings, training events, and assist with the annual PCC conference
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and office supply orders
- Answer and direct calls for the HomeCare division and provide switchboard coverage when needed
- Maintain contact lists, prepare reports, and manage internal correspondence
- Support business license and association membership applications for agencies
What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications: - P roficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
Preferred: - Experience in home health, healthcare, or a related administrative field
