- High school diploma or general education degree (GED), plus a minimum of 3 years' experience as an administrative assistant; or combination of relevant education and experience
- Ability to prioritize tasks, resources and schedules
- Excellent administrative, communication, and organizational skill with high attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive information
- Familiarity with industry/technical terms and processes
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office

Desired
- Any prior experience in administrative support- Model Customer 1st behavior; deliver and encourage other associates to deliver excellent customer service
- Provide administrative support for the division Customer Communication manager and department team with a positive attitude and commitment to achieving team goals
- Review and respond to donation/solicitation requests, execute donations
- Reconcile department/account credit cards and budgets, write purchase orders, and keep supervisor informed of expenses
- Process applications, manage and respond to customer questions and manage payout of charitable giving program
- Manage gift card requests, orders and questions
- Serves as a communication link between division Customer Communications, Kroger stores, community and vendor partners
- Manage and coordinate promotions/events with community partners and vendors
- Analyze department processes and functions to identify efficiency and savings
- Participate in group meetings; take and disseminate notes to associates
- Communicate and resolve customer comments, concerns, and inquiries that are received
- Manage and coordinate contract elements and deliverables with community partners and vendors
- Assist in coordinating corporate conferences, catering, procure meeting spaces, and manage PowerPoint presentations
- Maintain flexibility to work overtime on an occasional basis
- Must be able to perform the essential job functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation
