Supervisory Social Worker - Knoxville Center for Behavioral Medicine

Are you a licensed clinical social worker who's passionate about leading teams and improving patient care? Knoxville Center for Behavioral Medicine is seeking a Supervisory Social Worker to oversee our Social Services department and guide a talented team in delivering exceptional behavioral health support.

What you'll do:

• Lead and mentor social work staff to ensure compassionate, effective care
• Oversee patient assessments, treatment planning, and discharge coordination
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, state regulations, and quality standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patients and families
• Drive quality improvement initiatives and staff development programs

What we're looking for:

• LCSW or equivalent required
• 3 years of behavioral health experience, including at least 1 year in a leadership role
• Strong supervisory, organizational, and crisis management skills
• Commitment to patient safety, cultural competence, and teamwork
