Our foot and ankle team is seeking a quality control supervisor to join our growing organization. Key Responsibilities:

• Instilling quality in all you do.
• Creating and maintaining productivity metrics for receiving inspection.
• Prioritizing work and sustaining a positive culture to meet commitments.
• Investigating non-conformances and holds.
• Performing DHR review and approval.
• Communicating expectations and conducting GEMBA walks.
• Conducting and managing training for inspectors.

Education:

• A minimum of a High School diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent required.
• Associate's degree in engineering or a related technical discipline is preferred.

Experience and Skills:

Required:

• A minimum of two (2) years of related experience in the Medical Device/Pharmaceutical Industry in a quality control/operations/production environment.
• A minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Quality Supervisor leading or supervising a team of individual contributors supporting Quality.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred:

• Experience in Power BI and SAP.
• Inspection equipment and programming experience.
• Certifications in quality inspection, gage management, and technician.

Other:

• Ability to proficiently communicate both verbal and written in English.
• This position will be located in Memphis, TN and may require up to 10% domestic or international travel.
