Description:

***This role is based at one of our corporate offices in Memphis, TN or McLean, VA***

This is your chance to be part of an in-house Brands team of industry experts in the domains of hospitality, brand management, innovation, food and beverage, wellness, owner relations, and more for all of Hilton's unique brands. As a Manager, Owner Relations Reporting to the Director of Owner Relations, you will play a vital role in supporting Hilton's small ownership groups with 1-2 hotels. You will focus on ensuring accountability for Hilton's Customer Promise by driving improvements in guest experience (Stay Scores), product quality, review site index (RSI) scores, and improving market share (RPI). You will support the Director on day-to-day operations and special projects, collaborating across teams to enhance owner support and engagement.

What you'll do during a typical day:
  • Provide efficient, customized, and responsive support through Salesforce, email, and phone, ensuring issue resolution for small and single-unit owners and operators.
  • Advocate for small owners and above-property teams within Hilton by collecting insights, identifying common challenges, and sharing feedback with Hilton partners and senior leadership.
  • Be the subject matter expert on Hilton tools, initiatives, and standards, providing training and regular presentations to above-property stakeholders.
  • Be an ambassador for current Enterprise initiatives, such as the Hilton RISE: Rewarding Improvements in Stay Experience program. Incorporate the benefits of this initiative in your engagement with Above-Property partners to ensure awareness, engagement, and maximized profitability for their portfolio.
  • Create, coordinate, and facilitate processes and engagement through webinars, email campaigns, regional owner meetings/trainings, and enterprise initiatives to increase adoption of Hilton's self-service tools and drive performance and the guest experience.
  • Work side by side with the Director of Owner Relations to develop processes, manage initiatives, conduct virtual portfolio reviews, and prepare for Owner events, such as Above-Property trainings and in-market meetings.

How you'll collaborate with others:
  • Partner with other Owner Relations teams and Hilton departments across the enterprise to develop support strategies, agree upon measurements of success, and ensure best practices are utilized.
  • Be a partner to small-sized ownership representatives, with the team serving as their single contact for all things "Hilton."
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Hilton to ensure tools and resources are being optimally used by above-property ownership and third-party management company groups, with the ultimate goal of driving performance and the overall guest experience.
  • Advocate for Ownership Groups and ensure they are accurately represented in the Brand Compliance Committee, Relicensing Review Committees, and other Hilton leadership evaluation checkpoints by leveraging strategic account management best practices.

Projects you'll take ownership of:
  • Collaborate with the Hilton Owner Support Team on required touchpoints for ownership groups and management companies, including portfolio reviews, targeted owner/operator emails, above-property webinars, and account catch-up calls.
  • Work alongside the Director of Owner Relations to maintain accurate, detailed records of owner interactions and support activities in Salesforce, ensuring comprehensive account information.
  • Provide support for Owner events, enterprise initiatives, and special projects.
  • Ensure owner information is updated and accurately reflected in Hilton's internal systems.
  • Determine which key engagement points and performance metrics you will develop deeper expertise in to become a trusted Subject Matter Expert for Owners - supporting profitability, Product Quality Standards, Stay Scores, Portfolio Performance, and Market Share.

What it takes to make the stay

You have these minimum qualifications:
  • Three (3) years of Hotel and/or Hospitality experience.
  • Two (2) years of experience working with Hilton Owners/Above-Property Management.
  • One (1) year of experience delivering presentations virtually.
  • Travel - approximately 10%.

It would be useful if you have:
  • Advanced proficiency utilizing Salesforce and other enterprise tools.
  • Advanced knowledge of Hilton's processes and internal subject matter experts for areas including financing, construction, and operations.
  • Experience organizing and prioritizing projects within a high-volume support model.
  • Understanding of the complexities of franchisee/franchisor dynamics and experience navigating these relationships.
