Description:

The Director of Digital Delivery leads the integration of enterprise IT, service delivery, hardware, and practice technology to support the firm's digital transformation initiatives. Partnering with the Chief Digital Transformation Officer (CDTO), this role builds and leads cross-functional teams to ensure digital tools and platforms are reliable, scalable, and aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to align digital delivery with the firm's strategy and project needs.
  • Develop and implement scalable IT and digital delivery strategies, including infrastructure, platforms, and end-user technologies.
  • Define standards and best practices for technology management, security, and data protection.
  • Build and manage a cohesive digital delivery organization, including mentoring leadership and staff, while working with HR to maintain the right skill mix.
  • Oversee hardware and software acquisition, deployment, vendor relations, and licensing.
  • Lead training programs and standardize technology platforms, including practice technologies like CAD and BIM.
  • Manage service delivery and help desk operations to ensure responsive support.
  • Direct hardware lifecycle management, system security, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 15 years progressive IT/digital delivery experience with leadership responsibility, including infrastructure, enterprise apps, and end-user computing.
  • Proven success managing technology environments, vendor relationships, strategic planning, and operational improvements.
  • Strong leadership, communication, project management, and strategic agility skills.
