Product Business Analyst – Product Office Team

What you’ll achieve

As a Product Business Analyst, which is a key role within our healthcare technology team, we offer the chance to work on high-impact integration projects that directly contribute to patient care, improve clinical workflows, and support broader interoperability initiatives.

You will:

  • Design, develop, and maintain HL7 interfaces using the Viaduct integration engine.

  • Apply a strong understanding of object transformation processes in the context of healthcare integration.

  • Translate network protocol requirements into functional product capabilities.

  • Convert business requirements into reliable integration solutions that align with both clinical and operational goals.

  • Participate in all phases of the Agile/Scrum development lifecycle, including sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives.

  • Conduct impact analysis, provide effort estimations, and deliver timely enhancements or issue resolutions aligned with SLAs.

  • Perform root cause analysis on integration issues and implement long-term corrective strategies.

  • Document system changes and solution architecture clearly and thoroughly.

Essential Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering or equivalent education/experience

  • 5–8 years of experience in developing HL7 interfaces and working with leading healthcare integration engines such as Rhapsody, ENSEMBLE etc.

  • Familiarity with high-level and low-level programming concepts.

  • Understanding of FHIR standards and their applications

  • Knowledge of interoperability between medical devices and healthcare software solutions.

  • Strong understanding of product data, lifecycle management, and analysis techniques

  • Hands-on with data tools like MS 365, JIRA, Confluence, and OneERP

  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills

Desirable Skills (Considered as Assets)

  • Advanced experience with MS Excel (including templates), MS Power BI

  • Advanced experience with MS Teams (including setup of SharePoint with appropriate authorization)

  • Good knowledge of middleware technologies.

  • Experience with Atlassian JIRA, Confluence, MS-based OneERP

  • Fluent English – spoken and written
