Base pay in range will be determined by applicant's skills and experience. Full-time associates in role are also eligible for an annual bonus incentive. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company's 401(k) program.

Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or other related field. Minimum five to seven years' experience in a strategic healthcare role related to business development or operations.

Brookdale is an equal opportunity employer and a drug-free workplace.Provides strategy, vision, support and training to the Personal Solutions service. Responsible for further developing, implementing and executing the Brookdale Personal Solutions service which provides residents and families the convenience of purchasing personal products. Consults with divisional, regional, district, and community level associates to support in successful administration of the service. Works with FP& A and CBO to ensure resident charges are accurate. Responsible for working with the Procurement Department, as a clinical services team liaison to identify and implement cost effective solutions for Personal Solutions. Oversees the Personal Solutions team to promote overall service growth in revenue budgetary expectations.
  • Develops effective approaches and management of the Personal Solutions program, striving to simplify workflow, protocols and systems.
  • Provides direct coaching, support and supervision to Program Coordinator(s). Manages the Personal Solutions team, supporting the field with all aspects of the program.
  • Analyzes financial data to identify service strategy, opportunity, and successes.
  • Produces high quality internal and external reports and communication to be understood be associates at many levels.
  • Works with the Central Billing Office and FP& A to effectively administer the Personal Solutions program ensuring proper billing processes.
  • Manages auditing, tracking and reporting tools and processes to improve program efficiency and identify opportunities for program growth and development.
  • Serves as a program advocate and Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the PS service and service portal.
  • Partners with Divisional teams to grow the Personal Solutions program. Provides outreach to each Divisional, Regional, district and community Brookdale for support, problem solving
  • Engages in identifying training needs and resource development.
  • Identifies customer behavior and sales trends for areas of needed improvement to current processes, systems or services. Makes recommendations to the team on possible solutions
  • Partners with the Procurement Department, serving as a liaison to the Clinical Services Department for supplies related to Personal Solutions.
  • Reviews and evaluates products with suppliers as needed.
  • Keeps abreast of any clinical issues that would affect changes to care standards, products and program dynamics.
  • Consults with the Clinical team to ensure equipment, supplies and formulary changes meet the needs of the community.
  • Serves as the Business Process Owner for the Personal Solutions Portal system for entry of resident orders.
  • Completes special projects and assignments as requested.
