The Life Cycle Planning Manager is responsible for leading all Life Cycle Planning initiatives for the Supply Chain organization. This includes core team participation on NPI initiatives and facilitating all Supply Chain and Operations duties connected to these projects. Also responsible for supporting the monthly S& OP process, leading product lifecycle initiatives, and system improvements and development.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Participates in all NPI projects as a Core Team member, representing Supply Chain and Operations
2. Leads, facilitates, and documents all Supply Chain requirements connected to NPI projects including launch timelines, demand and supply plans, master data set up, vendor management, purchases, and other details.
3. Work with Manufacturing, R& D, and Engineering to support the product launch.
4. Communicates NPI progress and risks through the normal monthly S& OP process
5. Maintains NPI plans in SAP and the Kinaxis Planning system.
6. Develop, Maintain, and Lead Life Cycle Planning initiatives including SKU Rationalization, Product Obsolescence, and Product Hierarchy management.
7. Participates in functional training and cross-functional coaching
8. Develops and maintains tools, processes, and metrics to facilitate analysis and execution of the Life Cycle Planning and NPI Projects.
9. Directly supports the maintenance and development of all Master Data initiatives.
10. Participates in the development and maintenance of functional SOP's and other documentation.
11. Holds oneself and others accountable to conduct business in a manner compliant with Bioventus' Code of Compliance and Ethics, policies and procedures and internal controls applicable to their role.
12. Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or other related discipline required
• 5 - 7 years of progressive experience in Supply Chain, Demand Planning, NPI or related area.
• Hands-on experience with SAP and advanced planning systems (e.g., Kinaxis) strongly preferred
• ERP/MRP experience preferred.
• Strong PC applications and software skills (i.e. MS Office including Excel, Access, Word and Power Point)
• Excellent analytical, written, oral and interpersonal communication skills. Demonstrated ability to work dynamically in a fast-paced environment building strong partnerships and driving sustainable results.
