Job DescriptionThe Associate Marketing Manager, Content Creator works closely with the Copy Content Creator, Creative Producer, and Marketing partners to execute social-first video and photography. This role requires strong visual instincts, technical execution skills, and an understanding of how content performs across social platforms. This role also supports audio content production, including radio and voice-based assets, ensuring consistency across visual, audio, and social channels. The ideal candidate is comfortable working quickly, collaborating closely, and adapting creatively based on performance and trends.
Responsibilities-
Content Creation
- Capture and edit short-form video and photography specifically designed for organic social platforms
- Execute content across multiple formats, including short-form video, static imagery, carousels, and stories
- Ensure visuals align with brand standards while remaining native to each platform
- Produce content that supports pacing, framing, and storytelling appropriate for social consumption
- Support development of recurring content series, formats, and campaign-based storytelling
- Support creation and editing of audio content, including radio spots, voiceovers, and short-form audio assets
- Ensure audio content aligns with brand tone, messaging, and campaign objectives
Creative Collaboration
- Partner closely with the Copy Content Creator to ensure visual execution aligns with messaging and tone
- Collaborate with the Creative Producer and Marketing partners to understand content goals and priorities
- Participate in content ideation, planning sessions, and creative reviews
- Support product launches, promotions, and broader marketing initiatives through social content
- Maintain alignment between social content and larger campaigns or in-store programs
- Partner with Creative Producer, Copy Content Creator, and Marketing teams to align audio, video, and visual content across campaigns
Strategy and Performance
- Monitor platform trends, emerging formats, and content styles relevant to the brand
- Adapt visual approaches to fit trends while maintaining brand integrity
- Review performance metrics (views, engagement, completion rate) to refine creative execution
- Support testing and iteration of visual content by producing alternate edits, formats, or variations
- Proactively recommend adjustments to visuals, pacing, or format based on performance insights
- Review performance and feedback for audio content when available to help inform creative direction and optimization
Production and Technical Execution
- Operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment appropriate for social content creation
- Edit content efficiently using approved tools and workflows
- Prepare assets for review, approval, and publishing in accordance with workflow timelines
- Ensure files meet technical specifications for each platform
- Maintain organized file structures, naming conventions, and delivery standards
- Support audio recording sessions, including voiceover capture, basic audio setup, and coordination with internal or external talent
- Prepare audio files for review, approval, and delivery in accordance with production workflows
Qualifications- 3-5 years of experience creating content for social or digital platforms
- Strong understanding of social-first content creation, pacing, and visual storytelling
- Experience shooting and editing short-form video
- Working knowledge of cameras, lighting, and basic audio capture
- Strong collaboration skills and comfort working in close partnership with copy and production roles
- Experience working within a brand, marketing, or in-house creative team preferred
- Familiarity with Digital Asset Management systems and asset workflows a plus
