Responsibilities

  • Be the go-to support for our Divisional staff-your day-to-day will keep everything (and everyone) on track.
  • Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
  • Be the friendly, knowledgeable first point of contact for incoming calls-resolving issues or routing them with ease.
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel like a logistics wizard.
  • Plan and execute meetings and events, ensuring every detail is flawless-from tech setup to supplies.
  • Draft correspondence, screen communications, and keep priorities aligned.
  • Prepare reports, track expenses, and manage invoices with precision.
  • Keep our office humming-maintaining supplies, equipment, and organized files.
  • Solve administrative puzzles by gathering data, analyzing issues, and proposing smart solutions.


Qualifications

What We're Looking For:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2-3 years of experience in administrative support or customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills-both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel.
  • A positive attitude, a sharp eye for detail, and a love for fast-paced environments.
