Working under the direction of the Operations Manager, this is a role for someone who takes genuine ownership of the property, works well independently, and understands that great hospitality starts with a well-maintained space. What You'll Do Maintenance & Repairs Maintain all property equipment, systems, and building components including mechanical and electrical systems, pumps, HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, locks, furniture, paint, wall coverings, and tileTroubleshoot equipment issues, identify needs and parts, and make effective judgments on general repairs and maintenanceComplete all assigned projects according to specifications and on schedule by studying work orders and estimating time and resource requirementsMaintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked maintenance shop at all timesFollow all health, safety, and sanitation regulations throughout each shift Guest Experience & Operations Respond promptly and professionally to guest maintenance concerns and complaints, resolving issues with urgency and careWork closely with the Operations Manager and Guest Service team to coordinate maintenance activities with daily hotel operationsKeep the Operations Manager promptly and fully informed of all problems, unusual findings, or significant maintenance matters requiring immediate attentionAssist other departments as needed to ensure seamless property operations
