Procurement Sourcing Leader who will optimize cost, develop sourcing strategies, and strengthen supplier partnerships across our cluster.
What Will You Do?- Implement the cluster purchasing strategy and support cost-reduction initiatives across assigned categories.
- Identify and propose cost-saving opportunities (e.g., value engineering, supplier changes, negotiations) aligned with purchasing goals.
- Maintain accurate purchasing data through continuous and timely updates to internal systems.
- Support commodity management activities including supplier consultation, selection, and contract negotiation (pricing, lead times, payment terms, inventory levels, etc.).
- Lead or support supplier qualification processes in the plant according to the established responsibility matrix.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, quality, finance, and supply chain teams to ensure sourcing decisions meet operational and business needs.

Experience- 3-5 years of experience in Purchasing, Strategic Sourcing, or Project Management in a manufacturing/industrial environment.
- Experience working with SAP (preferred).
- Exposure to manufacturing or engineering processes (preferred).
Technical Knowledge- Strong understanding of supply chain fundamentals (supplier management, cost analysis, market analysis, inventory management).
- Experience with categories such as:
- Sheet metal fabrication
- Plastics
- Insulation
- Fasteners
- Cable/Wire
- Ferrous / Non-ferrous materials
- Solid knowledge of financial concepts related to procurement.
- Basic understanding of quality systems and supplier evaluation.
- High proficiency in Excel; database management is a plus.
Soft Skills & Competencies- Strong negotiation, communication (written and verbal), and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and collaborate in cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Highly organized, with strong attention to detail.
- Results-oriented and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
- Intercultural sensitivity and strong team spirit.
Language- advanced English (required) for collaboration with regional and international teams.
- French is a plus.
