Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented professional to lead Agri Sales operations across AP & Telangana based out of Hyderabad. The role involves managing channel networks, driving market development activities, and delivering strong business growth in the agriculture segment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Management
    • Lead the sales team in AP & Telanagana and ensure robust implementation of Daily Work Management (DWM)
    • Drive Agri sales (Primary as well as Secondary) for the assigned territory.
    • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
    • Develop and execute market penetration strategies
  • Channel & Customer Engagement
    • Ensure width and depth of distribution at secondary level
    • Strengthen dealer and electrician network to drive end-customer demand
    • Collaborate with channel partners for business growth initiatives
    • Ensure effective coverage and engagement across key markets
  • Market Development
    • Plan and execute Annual Sales Promotion (ASP) activities based on market needs
    • Identify new opportunities within the agriculture segment
    • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Reporting & Systems
    • Ensure timely and accurate reporting through SFDC (Salesforce)
    • Maintain pipeline visibility and sales forecasting
  • Market Intelligence
    • Track competitor activities and market trends
    • Share insights to support strategic decision-making
Key Requirements
  • 12-15 years of experience in sales, preferably in B2C segment or agri-related products
  • Strong understanding of the AP & Telangana market landscape
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Experience in channel management and demand generation
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (SFDC preferred)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
