Description:

Be part of our dynamic Manufacturing team! We're looking for an enthusiastic Manufacturing Materials Planning & Control Team Leader to drive operational excellence and lead a talented team in optimizing our supply chain processes.

What will you do:
  • Lead and mentor a dedicated team of Inventory Analysts and Supply Order Replenishment specialists
  • Execute Distribution Requirement Planning processes while optimizing inventory levels to meet service objectives
  • Manage purchase order portfolios and resolve stock discrepancies through detailed analysis
  • Coordinate material movement between receiving, warehouse, and production departments
  • Develop and implement raw materials requirements based on engineering specifications and production schedules

  • Demonstrated leadership experience in materials planning and inventory management
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Materials Requirements Planning (MRP) systems
  • Strong analytical skills with proven ability to optimize supply chain processes
  • Track record of achieving service level objectives while maintaining optimal inventory levels
