Take the Lead with These Responsibilities
As our Supply Chain Manager, you will be at the heart of our Reynosa manufacturing operations, driving excellence across the end-to-end supply chain. You will:
  • Lead and optimize supply chain processes for a high-volume electronics manufacturing plant, including SMT operations.
  • Manage over 30, 000 SKUs with precision and agility, ensuring material availability and inventory accuracy.
  • Oversee planning, procurement, logistics, and warehouse operations using SAP and Kinaxis.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, production, and quality teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing supply chain team.
  • Ensure compliance with Schneider Electric's global standards and sustainability goals.

  • Proven leadership in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment, ideally electronics or high-mix production.
  • Strong experience with SAP and Kinaxis for planning and execution.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Reporting Structure and Team Environment
You will report to the Plant Director and work closely with regional and global supply chain stakeholders. This is a leadership role, managing a team of supply chain professionals and collaborating with cross-functional teams across the plant.
Key Qualifications for Thriving
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in supply chain management, with at least 4 years in a managerial role.
  • Experience in electronics manufacturing, SIOP and SMT processes is highly desirable.
  • Strong command of SAP and Kinaxis.
  • Fluent in English.
