We are seeking an Office Manager.

About the Role

• Manage the day-to-day office operations and ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Serve as the go-to person for employees and management on all administrative matters.
• Manage relationships with suppliers, vendors, and external partners.
• Handle ongoing office orders and procurement, including equipment, supplies, and services.
• Work with external service providers and professionals as needed (e.g., maintenance).
• Support the HR team in organizing team meetings, company events, and employee experiences that foster engagement and a positive workplace culture.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in office management or administrative roles.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask efficiently.
• A proactive, creative problem-solver with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Hybrid model – 2 days working from home. Office location: Ramat HaHayal, Tel Aviv.
