Description:

Join us as a Warehouse Operations Manager and take charge of organizing and overseeing all warehouse activities in line with SPS principles!

Mission:
  • Organize and manage warehousing operations, including reception, storage, order preparation, and shipments according to SPS principle
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Inventory Control, Inbound, and Outbound Warehouse Supervisors and Operations (Level 1-4)
  • Ensure performance, quality, and budget of warehouse operations
Main Activities:
  • Oversee the management of the entire warehouse, reporting to the DC director
  • Manage warehouse teams to meet customer needs in terms of cost, quality, and lead time
  • Enforce compliance with HSE and 5S rules and manage reported incidents
  • Ensure adherence to quality systems and defined processes
  • Optimize human and technical resources based on economic criteria
  • Monitor team performance and productivity
  • Balance load and resources according to warehouse capacity planning
  • Lead and manage the team in line with SPS/SIM rules and cycle events of the DC
  • Take responsibility for people management, goal setting, performance, and competency development
  • Drive cooperation to achieve collective performance and lead change management initiatives
  • Share logistics expertise and contribute to Warehouse Capacity Plan development
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Proficient in managing processes and teams related to planning, directing, and monitoring warehouse activities
  • Experience in overseeing movement, storage, and inventory control of materials, finished goods, tools, and packaging
