We are looking for a Senior Brand Manager to join our Consumer Engagement team working on some of our most iconic Intimate Care brands including Andrex. Not only will you be able to meet the puppy, but you will be responsible for developing the next generation of breakthrough creative campaigns. Reporting into the Consumer Engagement Marketing Manager you will also be supported by a fantastic team of media and content experts not just internally but also through our world-renowned agency partners. This role sits within the newly formed International Family and Professional Growth team which means you will have the opportunity to partner and drive change not only in the UK but across the globe! Key Responsibilities include:

  • Being the expert and guardian of our brand, ensuring all campaigns and content are aligned to our purpose, identity and promise.

  • Collaborate with creative, production and media to develop and deliver breakthrough ideas that have the power to change consumer behavior aligned to our strategies.​

  • Translate ideas into scalable campaigns and toolkits that can be adopted and applied efficiently and effectively throughout the globe.

  • Plan and support in the development and deployment of assets across the full PESO ecosystem. Ensure content is best in class, high quality and produced, adapted, saved and shared in line with the plan.

  • Monitor and analyse campaigns, making data-driven adjustments as needed and ensuring best practice is rolled out globally.

  • Maximize the value creation of our agency partnerships. Lead the management of day-to-day contact with agency to ensure quality output in desired timeframes.​

  • Oversee the allocation and management of advertising budgets to ensure maximum ROI.

  • Mentor and provide guidance to markets to support in the achievement of campaign objectives.

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

Leadership Competencies / Qualifications

  • You have marketing experience with a proven track record of successful creative and comms strategy execution

  • Experience in partnering with media to develop and deploy plans.​

  • Ability to manage and influence multi-functional internal and external stakeholders, including agency management.

  • Experienced in digital marketing with good knowledge of key media platforms

  • Cross market campaign development experience is desired.​

  • Exceptional communication skills with an ability to partner with a number of different stakeholders.​

  • Strong interpersonal skills; ability to build working relationships across functions, cultures and geographies and to interface with all levels of the organisation.

  • Solid understanding of brand strategy and an ability to critically review creative with a lens of both craft and strategy.

  • Good communication skills, proficient English speaker

  • Highly organised with proven project management skills
