In this role you will represent Kimberly-Clark to the clients, by providing excellent customer service. You will Ensure that all consumer contacts are handled effectively, efficiently, and promptly to promote consumer satisfaction and to promote Kimberly-Clark products and services. You will ensure all Regulatory and GDPR processes are adhered to.

In one of our consumer service role, you’ll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center.

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

• Fluent in English, Dutch and 1 extra language (either French, Arabic or Italian) / written and spoken.
• Have a stable, private, and secure internet connection for work at a quiet home set-up.

• Ability to work and to stay calm under varying degrees of pressure.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, excellent written skills, and telephone manner.
• The drive to provide world class customer & consumer service.
• Ensure that all consumer contacts are handled effectively, efficiently, and promptly to promote consumer satisfaction and to promote Kimberly-Clark products and services.
