What will you do?- Strategic and proactive management of the customer order portfolio, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Contribute to revenue growth through strategic actions.
- Ensure the achievement of key service indicators related to the order portfolio.
- Collaborate with the entire supply chain to ensure the best service and dedicated support to strategic accounts.
- Support the update of important routines in SAP.
- Contribute to the improvement and transformation of order fulfillment processes.
- Respond to customer requests through bFO.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?- Bachelor's Degree in Administration, Statistics, Logistics, or Economics.
- Knowledge of inventory and order management systems (ERP, WMS, etc.), SAP, and Salesforce.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large volumes of data.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Intermediate proficiency in English and Spanish is desirable.
- Knowledge of statistics and BI tools is a plus.
