Description:

What will you do?

  • Strategic and proactive management of the customer order portfolio, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Contribute to revenue growth through strategic actions.
  • Ensure the achievement of key service indicators related to the order portfolio.
  • Collaborate with the entire supply chain to ensure the best service and dedicated support to strategic accounts.
  • Support the update of important routines in SAP.
  • Contribute to the improvement and transformation of order fulfillment processes.
  • Respond to customer requests through bFO.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

  • Bachelor's Degree in Administration, Statistics, Logistics, or Economics.
  • Knowledge of inventory and order management systems (ERP, WMS, etc.), SAP, and Salesforce.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large volumes of data.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Intermediate proficiency in English and Spanish is desirable.
  • Knowledge of statistics and BI tools is a plus.
