We have an exceptional opportunity for a talented Brand Manager International Personal Care (IPC), Baby and Child Care (BCC) to join us and work on the Huggies brand within our Marketing division. Huggies® is one of the largest brands within our Market division. You will work on and own the Huggies® brand, consumer marketing, portfolio and innovation strategy for our International Personal Care unit.

In this role, you will:

  • Support the marketing team in the development and implementation of bold, pioneering innovation for the Huggies® portfolio – through premiumization and consumer-inspired innovations, supported with compelling claims and appealing packaging designs. You will be working closely with cross function team such as Research & Development, Supply Chain, Trade Marketing and Finance to deliver brand growth and business objective;
  • Work with Senior Marketing Manager, and partner with global and local teams to develop the 1-3 year innovation calendar for Australia, South Korea, China, Indonesia and Brazil markets, aligning with brand strategy and deeply connected to consumer insights;
  • Uncover new consumer insights and develop winning consumer propositions;
  • Lead cross-functional teams in the development of new products and/or services. Collaborate with various teams to ensure project delivery within set timelines;
  • Partner with digital team to win in social platforms with appealing and localized content to be executed at scale;
  • Collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including global & local cross functional teams, to ensure business goals are met.

  • Education: Background in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields;
  • Experience: Minimum of 6 years of working experience;
  • Business Knowledge: desired prior experience in the consumer goods industry;
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams;
  • Language: Fluent English.
