Role reports to: Quality & Compliance Senior Manager
Location: São José dos Campos - Brazil
What you will do
The Quality Excellence Senior Analyst is responsible for leading, executing, and delivering improved business quality standard processes and results. You will analyze processes, identify improvements and drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement quality excellence initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness
• Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for process optimization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and quality excellence
• Develop and implement solutions to database problems of advanced scope and complexity
• Identify and suggest improvements in significant performance trends and report them to management and cross functional teams
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency
• Provide guidance and support to peers in quality excellence methodologies and tools.
• Oversee and analyze quality-related expenses and investments in relation to budget allocations, utilizing excellence tools to enhance the effectiveness of budget planning processes.
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in quality management or process improvement
• Proven working experience in quality assurance or continuous improvement programs
• Ability to read and comprehend English effectively
Desired Qualifications
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends and connect with quality and compliance requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders at all levels
• Proven track record of driving quality initiatives and achieving measurable results
• Experience with problem-solving of advanced scope and complexity
• Experience in identifying and suggesting improvements in performance trends
• Proficiency in Spanish is a plus
