What you will do

The Senior Manager - E2E Data Governance- Product Data Domain is responsible for leading large, moderate to complex projects, programs or initiatives across the franchise or enterprise, managing relationships across functions (i.e. IT, Supply Chain, R& D, Quality, Commercial or Finance). This leader will champion End to End Product data strategy as a foundation to deliver value to the organization, serving as an SME in Product Data Strategy & governance:

Key Responsibilities

• Translation of business use cases for product data into data strategy, shaping end to end data value chain including cross-functional alignment around data governance roles & framework

• Develop and implement end-to-end data governance strategies for the product data domain

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency. Drive adoption of end-to-end data products and solutions with business stakeholders deriving value from product data.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data governance

• Lead and manage end-to-end data governance initiatives for the Product Data Domain

• Identify and mitigate data risks and issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies to improve data quality and accuracy.

• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement within the Product Data Domain

• Provide mentorship and guidance to team members

• Identify key use-cases by conduct market research and investment analysis, and demonstrating leadership & business acumen.

Required Qualifications

• Professional business experience required with cross-functional experience, for example, but not limited to data governance and management, Manufacturing, R& D, Quality, IT, Engineering, Supply Chain, Commercial or Finance.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to connect the dots, prioritize work for teams, collaboratively shape solutions, manage data

• Ability to work independently and handle tasks with minimal supervision

• Ability to deliver high-quality customer service

• Understanding of data governance principles and practices

• Excellent spoken and written skills in English

Desired Qualifications

• General Supply chain / quality / R& D systems knowledge is a plus

• Certification in Data Governance or related field is a plus

• Proven track record of successfully implementing data governance strategies is a plus

• Ability to compare technologies and make recommendations to senior members of the team is a plus
