What you will do You will work closely with key technology and business partners to use data to apply human-centered design techniques to empathize with users and help design solutions that delight them. The R& D Product Analyst will play a key role in the use of data (from internal and external cross-functional sources) to inform, innovate and accelerate data-driven decision making throughout the design and development of our products. We support independent thought and creativity, combined with pragmatic analytical rigor, to cultivate meaningful insights that encourage and inform our technical development.

Key Responsibilities - Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze and document business requirements
- Conduct detailed analysis and maintain documentation of business and system processes, functionality, and user needs
- Work with cross functional teams to design and implement technical implementation
- Design, develop and maintain interactive data visualization dashboards to monitor key success and system performance metrics
- Communicate project progress back to business stakeholders
What we are looking for Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in data and/or business analytics or a related field.
- Proficiency in SQL
- Experience with BI Tools (Such as Tableau/Power BI)
- Hands on experience analyzing data to identify trends, insights, opportunities and apply to solutions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Desired Qualifications:
• Agile development experience, SDLC methodology
- Understanding of data integration and analysis techniques in software preferred
- Ability to craft context around key business features and behaviors and present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language
- Experience with project/program management
