Location: São José dos Campos

Travel %: 10%

What you will do

The Logistic Assistent is responsible for delivery scheduling in Brazil; being the focal point between the Operations, Customer Service, Customer Collaboration and Sales teams;

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for scheduling invoices with the customers, following the Customers requisitions, through portal, email, call . in order to ensure that delivery is carried out considering the region's, lead time and the delivery profile.

• Responsible for the routine updating main delivery schedulling KPI's ( in the systems such as Sales Force, and others)

• Support process improvement projects/ Initiatives related to Service Level (On time In full);

• Support the department and leadership in receiving audits;

• Follow Escalation process (drive the next level in case of customer scheduling issue)

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

• Graduated or in course - Engineer, Administration, Logistics

• Experience in transport routines and/or scheduling routines (1 to 3 years)

• SAP knowledge

• Office - Excel / Outlook

Desired Qualifications

• SFE / GKO systems - recommended

• Power BI - basic

• Basic English
